Molecular Characterisation of the GdhA- Derivative of Pasteurella multocida B:2

چکیده
Pasteurella multocida B:2 is an important veterinary pathogen causing fatal and acute haemorrhagic septicaemia (HS) in bovine. A live vaccine candidate, P. GDH7 was reported to enable protection cattle buffaloes via intranasal (i. n.) administration. This potential also be self-transmitted from the vaccinated animal free-ranging animals allowing wider vaccination coverage. Prior commercialisation, this requires further characterisation accordance with authoritative guidelines World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE). Hence, study, strain, virulent parent strain were characterised through genomic proteomic profiling. crucial first step develop a sensitive yet simple robust identification test differentiate both strains which has been achieved by development of precise straightforward PCR method. In profiling, Repetitive Extragenic Palindromic sequence-PCR (REP-PCR) manipulated have different display DNA band patterns. Some major OMPs observed prominent immunogens multocida, OmpA OmpH expressed differently between these SDS-PAGE analysis. conclusion, reproducible detection method enabled differentiation strains. Further shows significantly profile

Molecular Characterisation of Pasteurella Multocida Strains Isolated from Calves by Pulsed-field Gel Electrophoresis
Seventy-two Pasteurella multocida strains collected from calves with bronchopneumonia were examined. An analysis of the polymorphism of DNA restrictive fragments with the use of the pulsed-field gel electrophoresis technique of contour-clamped homogeneous electric field electrophoresis was made. Philogenetic relatedness among the examined strains was calculated by the unweighted pair-group meth...

The first complete genome sequence of the P. multocida avian isolate Pm70 was reported in 2001. Analysis of the genome identified many predicted virulence genes, including two encoding homologues of the Bordetella pertussis filamentous haemagluttinins, and genes involved in iron transport and metabolism. Availability of the genome sequence allowed for a range of whole-genome trans...

Objective: The study aimed to molecular characterization of Pasteurella multocida local strain using Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus (ERIC), 13 virulence genes and the outer membrane protein (OmpH) gene. Also, development of diagnostic markers by multiplex PCR from investigated genes. Methodology: The ERIC-PCR was used for the detection of the finger print of Pasteurella multoci...
